Fragrance Oils for Retail & Hospitality
Ambient fragrance for a store, a hotel, a spa or an event: oils used as supplied in a cold-air or HVAC diffuser, chosen for how they carry across a room and hold through a day. Finished compositions by perfumer Cécile Hua; the flash point and the category 12 ceiling are on every oil's page for the facilities file. By the ounce to trial and by the pound to run a season, no minimum, no lead time. Tell us what you're scenting, or browse.

The oil goes into an HVAC scenting unit or a cold-air diffuser as supplied, with no water and no heat, and it is the same oil in every room and on every reorder. Clean profiles for lobbies, calming blends for wellness spaces, bright ones for retail floors, warm accords for hotels and events. The cold air diffuser page covers the device types.
Your numbers, on every oil
Each oil's IFRA sheet gives the ceiling for a diffuser, for air care and for a spray; its Safety Data Sheet gives the flash point, and most oils carry a VOC statement. All of it sits on the oil's page, dated and sourced. The table further down lists them for every oil here; the oil's own page is where to read them once you've chosen.
Common questions
Do these work in commercial diffusers and HVAC scenting?
Yes. HVAC units and cold-air diffusers nebulize the oil as supplied. Check what your unit accepts and trial an ounce.
Can we have a signature scent for our brand?
Two ways. Choose a stock oil here and diffuse it in every location; or Private Stock composes one to your brief.
How much oil does a space use?
A device figure: the unit's output, its timer and the air it treats decide it, and the unit brand publishes it per hour. Our Fragrance Oil Calculator turns a daily rate into pounds a month.
What documents does a landlord, installer or insurer ask for?
Usually the Safety Data Sheet and the VOC statement, both linked in the table. A statement in a required form comes through Documentation Request.
What about guests with fragrance sensitivities?
Each oil's allergen statement and Safety Data Sheet are on its page, for a facilities policy or a physician to read.
Will every reorder smell the same?
Yes. Every oil here is made continuously; each batch is compounded to its reference, checked against it, and released with a Certificate of Analysis.

Who makes these oils
Every oil here carries the name of the perfumer who composed it. Our perfumers are a small, hand-picked group who work to one standard, set by Cécile Hua. Each oil is compounded in the United States to its reference, checked batch by batch, and released with a Certificate of Analysis.
Every oil's numbers for space scenting: IFRA maximums, flash point, documents
Each figure is transcribed from the oil's own documents as served on its page on October 27, 2026: the IFRA 51st Amendment Regulatory Data Sheet (the maximum for each product category) and the Safety Data Sheet (flash point). Category 12 is non-skin-contact products including dry-air devices and HVAC scenting, 10A household and air care excluding sprays, such as reed diffusers, 10B air and fabric sprays. An IFRA maximum is the ceiling for that category, not a usage recommendation. A dash means the documents do not give that figure.

Can these oils go into other products?
Yes. The same oil scents a candle, a soap, a lotion, a perfume or a room, within the ceiling its IFRA sheet gives for that product category. The sheet lists all twelve categories; the table above carries the ones this page's brands read first.
Are they suited to a small launch and a larger one?
Both. Buy by the ounce to test and by the pound to produce, with no minimum and no lead time. Every batch is compounded to the same reference and released with its Certificate of Analysis, so what you sampled is what you scale.
Where do I find the IFRA and SDS documents?
On each oil's page, dated, and linked in the table above: the IFRA sheet, the Safety Data Sheet and the allergen statement. For a combined file or a document not shown there, use our document request page. To read further, our fragrance education pages.
What the people scenting spaces tell us
Verified buyers, in their own words on the oil's page; the newest first.
- Tropidelic · Melissa D. · March 2026 · made personal care, ambient/hvac · just right strength · “Exactly the summery sweet scent I was looking for without being overly coconut.”
- Plant-Based Bohème · Much L. A. · January 2026 · made perfume, personal care, laundry & cleaning, ambient/hvac · just right strength · “This is so good in blends. It smells soooo good blended with JARDIN D'HIVER and makes a lovely bed time scent. It's also great with Super Bloom and Wild Peach with a little Mango Blossom. Best of all, its all plant based!”
- Vanillamour · Much L. A. · January 2026 · made perfume, personal care, laundry & cleaning, ambient/hvac · just right strength · “This is such a good vanilla. Its not cheap smelling at all and smells so good in my lotion. I don't know how best to describe it to give it the justice it deserves. Its a must get if you are looking for a really good vanilla fragrance.”
- Golden Oak · Laurie H. · December 2024 · made candles, ambient/hvac · just right strength · “I'm not really into flowery scents so Golden Oak is right up my alley. This is an earthy, wonderfully balanced blend!”
- Alpenglow · Albert L. · September 2024 · made ambient/hvac, candles · strong strength · “I like the scent of Alpenglow in part because of it's multi faceted aroma. One moment you can sense citrus, then it morphs into a woodsy sent. Hard to pin down any particular scent but the overall combination produces an excellent scent.”
