Hypoallergenic, with the statement to show it
The word has no regulated definition for fragrance, so here it means something you can check. Every oil we sell publishes an allergen statement listing the declarable allergens it carries, with their share, and the oil on this page declares the fewest. Across the catalog, 2 oils declare three or fewer: Plant-Based Carnival (3), Rumrunner (3). Your label follows from the statement and your dose.
Your ceiling, on every oil
A baby product, a face cream, a body lotion and a wash are each their own IFRA category, and each oil's IFRA sheet states the ceiling for every one. Those figures sit on the oil's page beside its flash point and its allergen statement, dated and sourced, and in the table further down.
Common questions
What makes a fragrance hypoallergenic?
Nothing regulated. On this site it means the oil declares the fewest allergens on its published allergen statement, so you can check the claim yourself, on the oil's page.
Is it allergen-free?
No fragrance is. The statement lists what this oil declares and in what share, so your product's label states exactly what it carries.
Can it go in baby or sensitive-skin products?
Within the ceiling on its IFRA sheet for baby products, which is in the table further down. The IFRA Category Lookup Tool names your category by product type.
How do I pick a low-allergen oil for my product?
Open the allergen statement on any oil's page, or start from the oils named above, and multiply each declared share by your dose. Typical starting rates are on our Fragrance Oil Calculator.
What goes on my ingredient label?
Parfum, plus any allergen the oil declares that is above threshold at your concentration. Each oil's allergen statement lists them with their share.
Can you compose a low-allergen scent that is only ours?
Yes. Private Stock composes an original fragrance to your brief, with the same perfumer.

Who makes these oils
Every oil here carries the name of the perfumer who composed it. Our perfumers are a small, hand-picked group who work to one standard, set by Cécile Hua. Each oil is compounded in the United States to its reference, checked batch by batch, and released with a Certificate of Analysis.
Every oil on this page: skin-contact maxima, allergens declared, documents
Each figure is transcribed from the oil's own documents as served on its page on October 27, 2026: the IFRA 51st Amendment Regulatory Data Sheet (the maximum for each product category, and the EU Annex III allergens it declares) and the Safety Data Sheet (flash point). Category 5A is body lotion, 5B face products, 5D baby products, 9 rinse-off soap and wash. An IFRA maximum is the ceiling for that category, not a usage recommendation; the typical rates brands start from are on our Fragrance Oil Calculator. A dash means the sheets do not give that figure.
| Oil | Body lotion max IFRA cat 5A |

Can these oils go into other products?
Yes. The same oil scents a candle, a soap, a lotion, a perfume or a room, within the ceiling its IFRA sheet gives for that product category. The sheet lists all twelve categories; the table above carries the ones this page's brands read first.
Are they suited to a small launch and a larger one?
Both. Buy by the ounce to test and by the pound to produce, with no minimum and no lead time. Every batch is compounded to the same reference and released with its Certificate of Analysis, so what you sampled is what you scale.
Where do I find the IFRA and SDS documents?
On each oil's page, dated, and linked in the table above: the IFRA sheet, the Safety Data Sheet and the allergen statement. For a combined file or a document not shown there, use our document request page. To read further, our fragrance education pages.
What brands tell us
Verified buyers, in their own words on the oil's page; the newest first.
- Cirrus · Ezinwanne U. · August 2026 · made personal care, perfume · “This smells so divine, I’m surprised this doesn’t have more ratings. It smells like a light creamy musk, but not like a sweet gourmand and I’m very pleased about that.”
- Rumrunner · Sharon R. R. · January 2026 · made candles · just right strength · “This scent smells pretty good, but I don’t think it’s something I’d add to my candle line. It just doesn’t have that wow factor. It’s not bad though!”
- Cirrus · Mindi M. · January 2026 · made candles · just right strength · “Imagine a sun-drenched garden floating in a dream. CIRRUS is the scent of a soft, golden afternoon captured in a bottle—a fragrance so clean and gentle it feels like a hug from a cloud.”
- Rumrunner · Diana M. · January 2026 · made candles · just right strength · “SF really nailed the quality on this one. As someone who typically finds food-based scents a bit too fake, I was pleasantly surprised by how natural and accurate this smells. To my nose it is a beautiful balance of rum and pineapple.”
- Plant-Based Carnival · Mindi M. · November 2025 · made perfume, candles · just right strength · “I ordered this scent not knowing what to expect, and I was delightfully surprised! I am so excited I ended up choosing this fragrance, with its citrus like notes.”
- Plant-Based Carnival · Veronica R. R. · July 2025 · made personal care, candles · just right strength · “I really love this scent. Especially for our summer body care collection. It's not too sweet, not too fruity - just hits the right spot.”
