Spring & Summer Fragrance Oils
Spring and summer fragrance oils for a warm-season line: candles, soap, body washes and mists, with the botanical, citrus and fresh scents the season asks for, each a finished composition by perfumer Cécile Hua that stays bright at a summer dosage. The ceiling and flash point are on every oil's page, the scent on each row below. By the ounce or pound, no minimum, no lead time. Tell us what you're launching, or browse.

BotanicaBuilt for the warm season
Citrus and bright fruits, soft florals and blossoms, green and herbal notes, aquatic and marine accords, airy musks. Each is composed with a heart and a base to carry its top, so the brightness holds in a cured soap or an open candle. The lighter families suit body washes, mists and lotions as much as candles. The fall and winter page holds the rest.
Your numbers, on every oil
Each oil's IFRA sheet gives the ceiling for a candle, a soap and a lotion; its Safety Data Sheet gives the flash point. Both sit on the oil's page, dated and sourced. The table further down lists them for every oil here, for when you're choosing; once you've chosen, the oil's own page is where to read them.
Common questions
Are these only for seasonal launches?
No. Every oil here is a stock oil sold all year; the page gathers the ones that read as spring and summer.
Which products do brands put them in?
Body washes, mists, lotions and soap as much as candles. The table gives each oil's soap and lotion ceiling beside its candle ceiling.
Do citrus oils fade faster?
The citrus top is the first part of a composition to soften in a cured soap or an open candle. The oils here carry it on a heart and a base; reviews on each oil's page say how it held.
When should we order for a spring or summer launch?
Before the pours and the cure, with the pound in hand and the test ounce first. Timing is on our shipping policy.
Can we scale from a trial run to production?
Yes. Every oil here is made continuously and sold by the pound in any quantity, each batch checked and released with a Certificate of Analysis.
Can you compose a seasonal scent that is only ours?
Yes. Private Stock composes an original fragrance to your brief, with the same perfumer.

Who makes these oils
Every oil here carries the name of the perfumer who composed it. Our perfumers are a small, hand-picked group who work to one standard, set by Cécile Hua. Each oil is compounded in the United States to its reference, checked batch by batch, and released with a Certificate of Analysis.
Every spring and summer oil: scent, IFRA maximums, flash point, candle reviews, documents
Scent words are the oil's own family words from its page. Each figure is transcribed from the oil's documents as served on its page on October 27, 2026: the IFRA 51st Amendment Regulatory Data Sheet (the maximum for each product category) and the Safety Data Sheet (flash point); the review columns count the verified buyers on the oil's page who said they made candles with it and the strength they reported. Category 12 is candles, wax melts and other non-skin-contact products, 9 rinse-off soap and body wash, 5A body lotion. An IFRA maximum is the ceiling for that category, not a usage recommendation; the typical rates brands start from are on our Fragrance Oil Calculator. A dash means the documents do not give that figure or no buyer has said so yet.

Can these oils go into other products?
Yes. The same oil scents a candle, a soap, a lotion, a perfume or a room, within the ceiling its IFRA sheet gives for that product category. The sheet lists all twelve categories; the table above carries the ones this page's brands read first.
Are they suited to a small launch and a larger one?
Both. Buy by the ounce to test and by the pound to produce, with no minimum and no lead time. Every batch is compounded to the same reference and released with its Certificate of Analysis, so what you sampled is what you scale.
Where do I find the IFRA and SDS documents?
On each oil's page, dated, and linked in the table above: the IFRA sheet, the Safety Data Sheet and the allergen statement. For a combined file or a document not shown there, use our document request page. To read further, our fragrance education pages.
What candle brands tell us
Verified buyers, in their own words on the oil's page; the newest first.
- Aphrodisiac · Teresa · September 2026 · made perfume, personal care, CP soap, candles · “Another amazing fragrance oil! The combination of the scent notes compliment each other. My customers absolutely love this in all my products that I make with it! Cold process soap & lotion are my best sellers with Aphrodisiac.”
- Desert Rose · Jolan C. · April 2026 · made candles, perfume, personal care · “Desert Rose is simply Top Shelf. Beautiful, well-balanced notes that blend effortlessly to create a mysterious, dark rose scent.”
- Jetsetter · Tiffany H. · April 2026 · made candles, cosmetics · “This was a blind buy and I can't be more thrilled about it! This is a unique fragrance that I consider unisex. I absolutely love it!”
- Cuba · Daniel · March 2026 · made candles · “I just poured my first batch of candle samplers with an assortment of fragrances from this company. Cuba was the second of 8 flavors. I bought it because I was curious on their take.”
- Sunbeam · Kayla B. · March 2026 · made candles · “Smells as if I was smelling the plant itself! So botanical and refreshing! Not too strong in a candle. Very soft but a great spring scent!”
- Plant-Based Wild Peach · Alyssa P. · March 2026 · made candles · just right strength · “Very sweet smelling, reminds you of summer. All these scents so far the description is spot on. The scents remain strong smelling (perfectly strong, not overpowering) once mixed into soap or candles”
- Plant-Based Sunkiss · Diane Z. · March 2026 · made candles · just right strength · “I absolutely loved this out of the bottle the first time I ordered it but when I made a candle with it I felt the sweetness was lost. I used the rest in a scrub formula and it was a sweet citrus in that.”
- Huckleberry · Kayla B. · March 2026 · made candles · just right strength · “This fragrance was added to a beeswax candle and so far everyone who has walked into my home has loved the smell. It is sweet but not overpowering.”
