Plant-Based Sunkiss

First, the packaging is so different from everyone else. I appreciate that it’s plant based but most of all the scents are so amazing. This one is no exception. I can’t wait to try more.

This is a perfect take on all things citrus with a touch of sweet! My nose picks up blood orange, grapefruit and just a little sweetness. Very fresh and refreshing! Especially nice for a face scrub or a lightweight lotion for summertime.

I absolutely loved this out of the bottle the first time I ordered it but when I made a candle with it I felt the sweetness was lost. I used the rest in a scrub formula and it was a sweet citrus in that. But I kept thinking how it was a very cheery citrus so I ordered it again and tried it in a candle again and this time found a new appreciation for it. It doesn’t burn a sweet citrus but it does burn a really nice clean citrus. I’m so glad I gave it a second chance!

I really have been enjoying this scent in a room/linen spray. It’s very citrusy but not overpowering. I’ve not tried it in a candle yet, but definitely love it in a spray form.

Sweet Citrus scent is uplifting and inviting. I have used it in deodorant and body butter so far. Smells wonderful! I love Orange Blossom for a floral citrus and SunKiss for a sweet well-balanced Citrus. It is a very pleasant scent, and I can see it in many applications. Haven't tried it in CP soap, but I would test in small batch first to measure retention.

Smelling from the bottle this fragrance is orange fwd (to me) but nuances of other citruses emerge while burning. I love that it is juicy and sweet without having a synthetic sweet aroma. I blended this at 9% in coconut wax + wood wick and it was on the lighter side for both cold and hot throw. I will either increase the % and cure longer to see if it burns stronger or I may keep it as is for a softer option as the rest from my line are very bold and some clients like a light scent. I’ve tested many stock fragrances for candles and love them all, this one did color the wax more than any others but being a natural based company it’s ok with me. Just sharing for others to know it will make the wax have an orange color appearance.

Love this blend of citrus scents that make me want to dig into a carton of orange sherbet. I used this in melt & pour soaps and customers love the scent.

Tried this on a CP soap. After curing the most pronounced scent is the orange, can’t really feel the other notes.

I'd ordered a pack of samplers nearly 2 years ago and I'm not sure what possessed me to rifle back through them but I'm glad I did. I got this one, then titled 'Citron Sun' and sniffed it. OMGoodness! Happiness in a bottle, I kid you not. There's an orange juice note but then a candy type scent. I can't describe it but it's unlike anything else I've ever tried. I was so panicked when I couldn't find it on the website but I emailed Nathan and he promptly replied that it had been renamed to SUNKISS. I ordered a 16oz bottle and don't regret it! It's bright, it's cheery. Still working on wicking this one but the cold throw has been spectacular. This is one of my top 3 favorites from Stock. It being plant-based didn't affect how strong the throw was. I think I saw someone in another review saying that may be why the scent wasn't as strong but that hasn't been an issue for me.

Very nice and natural scent but with a citrus I really wanted that pop of fruity citrus and didn't quite get it. I'm not sure if its because its plant based but didn't quite hit the mark for me but was very close and I will definitely still use it.

I ahhhhdore Sunkiss! It is such a fun, bright FO! One day post pouring I have a 10/10 CT. When wick testing I have a 10/10 HT! Sunkiss is such a love to work with I smile every time I smell it. I’m so happy this FO was created and I hope it will always have a home at SF! I already have a name for my candle and it’s very apropos! I can’t wait to sell my FO’s that are 100% plant based! Honestly, I don’t know why there aren’t many more reviews? If you haven’t tried this FO, I urge you to buy the 1 oz and you will see why it’s such a happy little FO with a big throw! I was actually surprised by the scent. I was expecting an almost grapefruit orange scent but it’s in a class all it’s own! I love it. I have made sugar scrub cubes, bath bombs, lip gloss, shower steamers and they all turn out with a little different scent but a beautiful scent at that! I will be purchasing again!

This citrus scent is so beautiful. This fragrance is not like your typical citrus scent. Citrus Sun is elevated, elegant and sophisticated. I have made several batches of body cream with this and the aroma presents very well, but it's not overpowering. The aroma lasts on the skin all day in a pleasing way. I am very impressed with this plant-based fragrance. This has become one of my favorites after my shower. This will definitely become a staple in our hydrating body cream product line.

cold throw a little light in my soy candle I just made yesterday but that’s not surprising in a citrus scent. Need to wait to cure it before I can test hot throw. I really love this fragrance!
