Every request needs:
- Document type — see the list below.
- Fragrance — the oil's name is enough; the SKU is attached automatically.
- Lot number — Certificates of Analysis only. Every CoA is batch-specific; the lot number is printed on the label of your container.

IFRA 51 Regulatory Data Sheet
Official IFRA certificate showing maximum usage levels by product category under the 51st Amendment.
Allergen Statement
Discloses regulated fragrance allergens (EU 1223/2009, including the 2023 expansion) and their concentrations.
Certificate of Analysis (CoA)
Batch-specific quality analysis for a produced lot.
Requires the lot number printed on your container's label.California Prop 65 Statement
Status of Prop 65-listed substances — whether anything would trigger a warning on a finished product sold in California.

How do I request a document that isn't posted?

What is required to request a Certificate of Analysis?
The lot number, printed on the label of every Stock Fragrance container. Certificates of Analysis are batch-specific, so a request can't be fulfilled without it.
How long do document requests take?
Up to 2 weeks. Documents are sent to the email address used to make the request.
Do documents ship with my order?
No — documentation is posted on each fragrance page or sent by request. Nothing physical ships with paperwork.
