Gunpetal

To my nose it is an amber forward with leather oob, I didn’t get the metal initially. I used in a body care product and it was after sat on skin that the metal came through. So think Amber but a bit dark with leather and metal mixed in. It is definitely unique and I see this doing well in a perfume formulation

My candle customers love this scent! Elements of metal yet still grounding. I use this as a nod to some of the popular romantacy books (Quicksilver, ACOTAR) and it is spot on for character scent descriptions. Fun, unique, and the only metallic scent I’ve found that is still smooth in coconut apricot wax.

I read all of the reviews before purchasing this fragrance and it's definitely not what I expected. One review even said it had too much of a smokey smell, but I couldn't smell any smoke or gunpowder AT ALL. I was planning on using it in a candle named bulletproof, but after smelling it that won't work. It has more of a floral scent than anything else. I'm still going to use it in a different candle since I have it, but I'm disappointed.

Would consider it more on the masculine side. Accelerates fast in CP Soap. But great fragrance overall.

Wow is all I can say. Scent strong different aroma from what I am used to smelling just nice perfection 😊

Didn't know what to expect from this oil. I make a candle and the Cold Throw is throwing. It has a high end scent that you would find in luxury stores. I can't wait to burn it !!!

I wouldn’t use this fragrance if you’re looking for your new best seller, it is a very unique and niche fragrance but that’s what I specialize in. I used in perfume/colognes and it lasted a long time and had a very interesting dry down. At first it has a synthetic, almost metallic smell, but drys down into a smooth, creamy scent with almost a coconut vibe to it.

This is the only FO I’ve purchased from Stock Fragrance so far and I will absolutely be back to try more fragrances. The name and scent notes of Gun Pedal really intrigued me and I couldn’t stop thinking about it so I finally splurged. I wanted to wait to leave this review, until my candle cured and I had a chance to give it a true test. I used 9.5% using a blend of Coco83 (90%) and SP487 (10%) and cured for just shy of two weeks. OMG WHAT A BEAUTIFUL SCENT! The hot throw is one of the best I’ve experienced. So strong in fact that I will be lowering my FO load to 8% for my next batch (possibly lower). I sell my candles on consignment at a local salon and they’ve gotten so much attention from men especially! Literally, people are talking about my candles and friends and fam are going to the salon just to buy them! I poured the candles in a silver aura vessel and named it Gun Metal. For me, the show runner note is metal. I know that sounds odd but I promise you, it’s what makes this FO so unique. Of course it’s not just metal - it also has leather, cologne, and some smoke. I read the review before mine that said it’s too smokey but I completely disagree. It has the perfect amount of smoke. I am honestly blown away with this fragrance. I take pride in offering unique fragrances w my candles and this is the one that has people talking the most. I’m quite literally OBSESSED.

Definitely wasn't expecting it to smell this smoky and I personally didn't like it at all. Everyone I asked for an opinion on the scent said they didn't like it either. Maybe I just don't like smoky scents?

I'm looking for more of a just out the barrel scent. Doesn't quite have the smell I was looking for but still a nice fragrance to work with!! Going to mix it!

This one is unlike anything I have smelled. I definitely get leather, smoke, cowboy. This is not a cologne scent. It's a super fast mover, but I only planned a single color. I used it at just shy of 3%. I was pouring 2 loaves of soap, so I split my batch after mixing to emulsion and coloring. I added half the fragrance to one loaf and quickly poured. Then repeated for the other loaf. I use 1.5:1 ratio and this method worked for my recipe. This is my lest favorite fragrance I have tried, but I'm not a huge fan of leather scents. It's a pretty strong scent as well. 3% may be too much.

I didn't know what to expect when I read this fragrance name.I thought I wouldn't like it but it fooled me.I love it.Its a sweet masculine smell. Its very unique. Im impressed with it.

I realize that the combination of sweet leather, floral, and smoky/slightly sulfuric gunpowder sounds like it would be *Weird*, but trust me, it's actually awesome! This is another hit that is universally loved by everyone who smells it.
