Want to modify or customize one of our oils? PRIVATE STOCK is our exclusive fragrance customization service. Using any fragrance (or fragrances) from our current collection as a starting point, we can customize the formula to your exact specifications. Once approved, the oil is available exclusively to you.

WHAT IS PRIVATE STOCK?
PRIVATE STOCK is intended for modification and customization of our existing fragrances, not new fragrance creation. PRIVATE STOCK is ideal for:
COST REDUCTIONS
Example - I love CALANQUE but need the price to be under $100/LB
ENHANCING PERFORMANCE
Example - I would like to optimize CUBA for candle and/or create a reed diffuser version with an IFRA max of 50.0%
Example - I would like to make CASHMERE WOOD stronger in IFRA Category 2 with a 3.0% load
TECHNICAL ADJUSTMENTS
Example - I need the flashpoint for SILK BLUSH to be over 180F
Example - I would like to make ICON compliant with EPA Safer Choice
MINOR OLFACTIVE ADJUSTMENTS
Rebalancingexisting components of the fragrance, not adding new ones. Example - Can we make BOURBON VANILLA more smokey/woody/vanilla
PRIVATE STOCK orders are subject to approval by STOCK FRAGRANCE based on project brief and deliverables.
Pricing is per fragrance and excludes cost of oil. Oil price ($/LB) is set by customer before we begin formulation.
Custom oils are subject to production minimums set by our manufacturer. Orders under MOQ are subject to set up charge.
Once we begin formulation work, custom fragrance orders cannot be canceled, refunded or changed.

How it works
1. Reserve Your Spot
Sign up to be notified when new openings are available and purchase online to secure a spot in our development queue. All orders are processed in the order they are received.
2. Submit Brief
Upon purchase, you will receive a link to complete our online briefing form with details for your project. We will then schedule a call to review the project in detail before formulating.
3. Receive Submissions
When formulation is complete, we will send multiple submissions to you for evaluation and testing in your products.
4. Approve & order
Upon approval, you will receive a personalized reference number, name and any additional documentation for the oil and can order anytime! Orders under 50lb are subject to set up charge.
