Stock Fragrance hereby acknowledges that the above referenced fragrance is not an engineered nanomaterial according to the definition of the Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 [Chapter 1, article 2 paragraph (k)], and does not contain additives nor carriers which are engineered nanomaterials according to the definition of that Regulation.

Consequently, the fragrance does not lead to “nano” labeling.
